What We Check & Adjust

AngleWhat It Controls
CamberThe inward or outward tilt of the tyre. Incorrect camber causes uneven wear.
ToeThe direction the tyres point relative to each other. Incorrect toe is the #1 cause of rapid tyre wear.
CasterThe angle of the steering pivot. Affects straight-line stability.

We adjust all three angles to your car manufacturer’s specifications.

Wheel Alignment is Essential Before Your NCT

Poor wheel alignment can cause:

  • Uneven tyre wear (NCT fail)

  • Poor handling (NCT advisory or fail)

  • Reduced fuel efficiency

Get your alignment checked before your NCT. We’ll give you a before and after printout to show your car is within manufacturer specifications.

Does Your Car Need Alignment? Watch for These Signs

Ignoring alignment issues costs you money in tyres and fuel – and can fail your NCT.

TPMS & Steering Resets

Modern Cars Need More Than Just Alignment

Many modern cars require electronic steering system resets after a wheel alignment – especially if the alignment was significantly out. The Hunter Hawkeye Elite® with ADASLink® can perform these resets.

We can also check and reset your TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) sensors while your car is with us.

An alignment without a steering reset can leave warning lights on your dash. We do the job properly.
